Schnell FYX-40 is an automatic edge banding machine with full functions, using the technical structure of German HOMAG, which makes the machine more stable and higher precision. T-shape door edge banding machine adopts the advanced technology of Germany. So far only two campanies have developed this model machine, one is HAOMAG in Germany, the other is Schnell in China. This machine can be applicable to not only the T-shape door edge banding, but also general linear edge banding.

1. Pre-milling unit equipped with two pairs of high frequency motors and two milling cutters, ensures better preparation for panel edge gluing and banding by eliminating its faults caused by panel saw and making it smooth and even.

2. Rough trimming and fine trimming unit, with two pairs of individual high frequency motors, trim the exceeding edge on both top and bottom sides of the panel, to make smooth arc shape.

3. Another feature is the notching device, which can make slot in the side and bottom of panel directly, integrated function of panel saw, not only reduce equipment cost, but also improve work efficiency.
